You are responsible for the lawful operation of all AI-driven campaigns. This includes ensuring valid consent for communication and compliance with regional anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
3. Platform Usage
Novarix AI provides the infrastructure for automation, but the customer retains full control over the specific prospecting logic and final message approval.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Payments are processed via our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your chosen tier (Starter or Growth) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
5. Limitation of Liability
Novarix AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for the conversion rate or specific business outcomes resulting from the use of our autonomous agents.
